Definition: The total number of redevelopment jobs leveraged by the U.S. EPA cooperative agreement at the property. This number also includes short-term jobs (i.e., with a duration of less than one year) typically leveraged during the construction stage and long-term jobs that typically occur as a result of the new or enhance reuse at the property (i.e., with a duration of more than one year). Only actual jobs should be reported; planned or unexpected jobs should not be reported until they are realized.
