	TCWFCLTY IS NBR	The internal systems identifier number.
	FACILITY NAME	Name of water quality management project. A facility can be a wastewater treatment plant, municipal storm sewer system, or a nonpoint source (NPS) pollution control project. The Facility Name must be unique within each state.
	STATE	The state abbreviation (US Postal) for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	REGION	EPA Region (1-10). This field is included for all entries.
	COUNTY_FIPS	Point of record county FIPS code
	COUNTY NAME	The name of the county in which the facility is located.
	AUTHORITY NAME	Non-Federal unit of government responsible for managing the facility.
	SYSTEM NAME	The System Name that this facility belongs to.
	CWNS REVIEW STATUS	Indicates whether the list has been reviewed and approved/disapproved by EPA.
	CWNS REVIEW STATUS DESCRIPTION	A description of the report status that indicates whether the list has been reviewed and approved/disapproved by EPA.
	INTERIM USE FLAG	The flag indicates that the facility is an interim facility. The facility is planned for replacement.
	PRIVATE OWNER FLAG	The owner or responsible is a private entity and is not a public legal entity.
	SMALL COMMUNITY EXCEPTION FLAG	The flag indicates whether a community is identified as a small community (population less than 10,000 and flow less than 1 mgd) but whose facility is an extension of one serving a larger community.
	SMSA FLAG	The flag indicates whether the Facility is located within a Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area.
	WATERSHED HUC	8-digit USGS hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) (text format).
	WATERSHED NAME	The name for the watershed according to the US Geological Survey's 8-digit Hydrological Unit Code (HUC) system, in which the facility is located.
	CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT	The number of the Congressional District in which the facility is located.
	TOTAL NEEDS	Total current year amount of Federal Needs for a facility or project.

	IN RAD	A yes (Y) or no (N) indicator depicting whether the entity has been reach indexed to the National Hydrograph Database.
	TRIBE FLAG	Indicator that this Waterbody segment is maintained by a Tribe, 0=not tribe (default), 1=tribe.
	NEED_STATUS
	CWNS FACILITY FACT SHEET	A hypertext link for a detailed CWNS report.
	CWNS MAP	A hypertext link for a map of a CWNS facility location.
	TITLE NAME	Title of the planning document which is used to document need or cost.
	AUTHOR NAME	Planning document author (usually an engineering consulting firm).
	PUBLISHED DT	Date that the planning document used to justify a need was published.
	BASE DESIGN DT	The year and month on which the documentation bases projected costs.
	TCWDOCTP CODE	A short code which represents the type of documentation.
	TCWCTGRY CODE	A short code for each of the nine needs categories used to describe and report the need for water pollution control projects. Examples of the category code are listed: I, II, IIIA, IIIB, IVA, IVB, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, VIID, VIIE, VIIF, and VIIG.
	BASE AMOUNT	Amount of reported needs in thousands (as shown in document).
	CURRENT AMOUNT	Needs based on inflation to current year
	COST METHOD CD	The type of method used to determine this cost.
	TOTAL AMT	Total current year (adjusted) amount of Needs, summation of calculated documented costs and cost curve costs, for a Facility in thousands.
	TCWNEED TYPE CD	Indicator for various types of need that the need is reported for.
	NAME	Facility Name
	CLASS_NAME	Name of the Class from Water Quality Standards (WQS) regulations document.
	DOCUMENT COMMENT	Text field with further comments about document
	ONGOING_DIALOGUE	Y= document is part of ongoing dialogue for documentation review purposes
