	303D MAP	A web link which when clicked will produce a map of the associated 303(d) entity. This field is included for all entries.
	303D REPORT	A web link which when clicked will produce a detailed report for the associated 303(d) entity. This field is included for all entries.
	STATE	The state abbreviation (US Postal) for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	WATER BODY NAME	The name of the waterbody (e.g., Mississippi River). This field is included for all entries.
	STATE BASIN NAME	Basin name used by the state. This field is included for all entries.
	LOCATION	Text description of the location of the listed water. Information in the location field can include: city names, county names, reference to landmarks, etc. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	303D COMMENT	Comments on the listed waterbody. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	ENDANGERED SPECIES	Code indicating if the TMDL pertains to an endangered species; 1 is 'Yes', 0 is 'No'.
	UNLISTED WATERS FLAG	A value of "Y" indicates that the associated water is not on the approved 303(d) list of impaired waters. The state or EPA has determined that this water is impaired since the approval of the previous 303(d) list. This field is included for all relevant entries.
	SOURCE ID	Code indicating the source of the pollutant. This field is included for all entries.
	CYCLE	The even numbered year associated with the list or assessment (e.g., 1996, 1998, 2000). This field is included for all entries.
	SOURCE_DESCRIPTION	Text field containing description of the pollutant source. This field is included for all entries.
	NATIONAL SOURCE FLAG	Yes/No flag indicating whether source is a national source. This field is included for all entries.
	PARENT SOURCE ID	ID associated with the "parent" source. A parent source is a category containing at least two types of more detailed state identified sources. This field is included for all entries.
	PARENT SOURCE DESCRIPTION	A textual description of the "Parent" source category. This field is included for all entries.
