	STATE LIST ID	List ID assigned by State. This field is included for all entries.
	303D MAP	A web link which when clicked will produce a map of the associated 303(d) entity. This field is included for all entries.
	303D REPORT	A web link which when clicked will produce a detailed report for the associated 303(d) entity. This field is included for all entries.
	CAUSE ID	Unique id assigned to the cause of impairment.
	CAUSE DESCRIPTION	Description of the cause of impairment (or TMDL pollutant). This value is reported by the state.
	CYCLE	The even numbered year associated with the list or assessment (e.g., 1996, 1998, 2000). This field is included for all entries.
	STATE	The state abbreviation (US Postal) for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	STATE FIPS CODE	The Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Code is a numeric identifier for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	STATE NAME	Name of the state, longhand (as opposed to state abbreviation). This field is included for all entries.
	REGION	EPA Region (1-10). This field is included for all entries.
	ASSESSMENT METHOD	Assessment method used to assess the condition of the waterbody. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	PRIORITY	Priority for TMDL development assigned by the state (High, Medium, Low). This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	RANKING	Numeric ranking assigned by the state (i.e. 1,2, 3) of each listed water. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	TARGETED FLAG	Yes/No field indicating if the state intends to develop a TMDL for the listed water within the next 2 years. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	ANTICIPATED TMDL SUBMITTAL DATE	Anticipated date of TMDL submittal. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	LISTING CRITERIA	Text description of criteria used to make listing decision. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	EPA DELISTED COMMENTS	Additional information about the de-listed water. This field is optional and not included for all relevant entries.
	EPA DELISTED DATE	Indicates the date the water was de-listed. This field is optional and not included for all relevant entries.
	DELISTED REASON	Other than a TMDL being approved, 303(d) listed waters may be removed for a number of reasons which show a water is supporting water quality standards. These include but are not limited to more recent and accurate data, more sophisticated water quality modeling, flaws in the original analysis that led to the original listing, or changes in conditions such as the elimination of discharges. This field is optional and not included for all relevant entries.
	RESTORED REASON	Causes of impairment associated with 303(d) listed waters maybe removed for a number of reasons which show a water is supporting water quality standards. These include but are not limited to new assessment methods, change in water quality standards, restoration activities, incorrect basis for original listing, and removal of the threatened status of a water. This field is optional and not included for all relevant entries.
	RESTORED_DATE	Indicates the date the water was removed from the 303(d) list due to restoration.
	RESTORED_COMMENTS	Additional information about the restored cause of impairment. This field is optional and not included for all relevant entries.
	EPA ADDED	Flag indicating whether EPA added a water to the 303(d) list during a partial approval/partial disapproval of a 303(d) list. This field is optional and not included for all relevant entries.
	PARENT CAUSE ID	ID associated with the "parent" cause of impairment. The parent cause of impairment represents an EPA assigned, general categorization for the specific, state reported impairment cause.
	PARENT CAUSE DESCRIPTION	Cause of impairment group name such as 'Pathogens' or 'Sediment.' Please note this is a derived field.
	WATER BODY NAME	The name of the waterbody (e.g., Mississippi River). This field is included for all entries.
	STATE BASIN NAME	Basin name used by the state. This field is included for all entries.
	LOCATION	Text description of the location of the listed water. Information in the location field can include: city names, county names, reference to landmarks, etc. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	303D COMMENT	Comments on the listed waterbody. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	ENDANGERED SPECIES	Code indicating if the TMDL pertains to an endangered species; 1 is 'Yes', 0 is 'No'.
	MILES 303D	The length in miles, calculated from the spatial extent, of the 303(d) listed impaired water segment. This field is included for all entries where the information is available.

	TMDL REPORT	A web link which when clicked will produce a detailed report for the associated TMDL This field is included for all entries.
