	CYCLE	The even numbered year associated with the list or assessment (e.g., 1996, 1998, 2000). This field is included for all entries.
	WATER NAME	The name of the waterbody (e.g., Mississippi River).
	LOCATION	Text description of the location of the listed water. Information in the location field can include: city names, county names, reference to landmarks, etc. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	STATE	The state abbreviation (US Postal) for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	EXPECTED TO ATTAIN DATE	Date by which this Category 4b assessment unit and cause of impairment combination is expected to attain water quality standards. This field is required for Category 4b entries.
	MONITORING SCHEDULED DATE	Date by which additional monitoring for use attainment status will be completed. This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	TROPHIC STATUS	Since the early part of the 20th century, lakes have been classified according to their trophic state (i.e.', eutrophic, mesotrophic, and oligotrophic).
	WATER TYPE	A description of the type of water that the waterbody represents (e.g., river, stream, lake, estuary). This field is optional and not included for all entries.
	WATER SIZE	Size of the waterbody.

	EPA WATER TYPE	An EPA defined water type of the assessment unit
	SIZE UNIT	The standard unit of measure to use for this water type (e.g., miles, acres, square miles).
	USE ID	EPA unique identifier assigned to a designated use.
	USE DESCRIPTION	State water quality standards specify which uses (such as recreation, aquatic life use support, or drinking water supply) individual waters should support.
	EPA USE DESCRIPTION	The name of the EPA or National Use Group that the individual reported state use belongs to.
	ATTAINMENT	Code for the attainment status for a particular assessment unit's designated use
	ATTAINMENT DESCRIPTION	Description of the attainment status for a particular assessment unit's designated use
	THREATENED FLAG	Flag used to indicate threatened waterbodies. Threatened waters are those assessment units where designated uses are being attained, but non-attainment is predicted by the time the next Integrated Report is due to be submitted.
	MILES 305B	The length in miles, calculated from the spatial extent, of the 305(b) assessed water segment.
