	CWNS NUMBER	Authority/Facility Identification Number (A/F). This is unique for a facility. The first two numbers correspond to a State's FIPS code, e.g., Alabama = 01, Alaska = 02, etc. The next four characters correspond to the authority and the last three characters correspond to the facility.
	Count Function for AF_NBR. DO NOT SELECT THE COLUMN LOCATED DIRECTLY ABOVE IF YOU SELECT THIS COLUMN!	Counts the number of distinct records for the column above: You must select an additional column other than a group function! HELP on STATISTICS! COUNT
	FACILITY NAME	Name of water quality management project. A facility can be a wastewater treatment plant, municipal storm sewer system, or a nonpoint source (NPS) pollution control project. The Facility Name must be unique within each state.
	STATE	The state abbreviation (US Postal) for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	REGION	EPA Region (1-10). This field is included for all entries.
	COUNTY NAME	The name of the county in which the facility is located.
	SYSTEM NAME	The System Name that this facility belongs to.
	AUTHORITY NAME	Non-Federal unit of government responsible for managing the facility.
	WATERSHED HUC	8-digit USGS hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) (text format).
	WATERSHED NAME	The name for the watershed according to the US Geological Survey's 8-digit Hydrological Unit Code (HUC) system, in which the facility is located.
	CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT	The number of the Congressional District in which the facility is located.
	CWNS REVIEW STATUS	Indicates whether the list has been reviewed and approved/disapproved by EPA.
	CWNS REVIEW STATUS DESCRIPTION	A description of the report status that indicates whether the list has been reviewed and approved/disapproved by EPA.
	CWNS FACILITY FACT SHEET	A hypertext link for a detailed CWNS report.
	CWNS MAP	A hypertext link for a map of a CWNS facility location.
	CNTCT NAME	The name of a person to contact regarding a facility.
	CNTCT STRT 1 ADR	The first line of the address of the responsible entity contact.
	CNTCT STRT 2 ADR	The second line of the address of the responsible entity contact.
	CNTCT CITY NAME	City in which the responsible entity contact is located.
	CNTCT COUNTY NAME	County in which the responsible entity contact is located.
	CNTCT PST STATE CD	The postal state code.
	CNTCT ZIP CD	The postal code for mailing to the responsible entity contact.
	CNTCT PHONE NBR	The phone number for reaching the responsible entity contact.
	CNTCT FAX NBR	The fax phone number for reaching the responsible entity point of contact.
	CNTCT EMAIL ADR	The email address of the responsible entity contact.
	TRIBE FLAG	Indicator that this Waterbody segment is maintained by a Tribe, 0=not tribe (default), 1=tribe.
