	CWNS NUMBER	Authority/Facility Identification Number (A/F). This is unique for a facility. The first two numbers correspond to a State's FIPS code, e.g., Alabama = 01, Alaska = 02, etc. The next four characters correspond to the authority and the last three characters correspond to the facility.

	FACILITY NAME	Name of water quality management project. A facility can be a wastewater treatment plant, municipal storm sewer system, or a nonpoint source (NPS) pollution control project. The Facility Name must be unique within each state.
	STATE	The state abbreviation (US Postal) for the state. This field is included for all entries.
	REGION	EPA Region (1-10). This field is included for all entries.
	COUNTY NAME	The name of the county in which the facility is located.
	SYSTEM NAME	The System Name that this facility belongs to.
	AUTHORITY NAME	Non-Federal unit of government responsible for managing the facility.
	WATERSHED HUC	8-digit USGS hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) (text format).
	WATERSHED NAME	The name for the watershed according to the US Geological Survey's 8-digit Hydrological Unit Code (HUC) system, in which the facility is located.
	CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT	The number of the Congressional District in which the facility is located.
	CWNS REVIEW STATUS	Indicates whether the list has been reviewed and approved/disapproved by EPA.
	CWNS REVIEW STATUS DESCRIPTION	A description of the report status that indicates whether the list has been reviewed and approved/disapproved by EPA.
	CWNS FACILITY FACT SHEET	A hypertext link for a detailed CWNS report.
	CWNS MAP	A hypertext link for a map of a CWNS facility location.
	TCWFDSC IS NBR	The internal systems identifier number.
	NEED TYPE CD	The state/federal code indicates that whether the documentation type is federally approved and recognized or is a state documentation type.
	LOAN NBR	Loan number of the funding.
	LOAN TYPE	Type of the funding, e.g., bond, cash, grant, or loan.
	FUNDING AGENCY	Funding agency, e.g., CDBG, SRF, ARC, EDA, FHA, and other.
	SOURCE	A text field explaining the source of the Albers latitude and longitude values.
	AWARD DATE	Date Grant is awarded. Provide dates as month/day/year (6/6/00).
	TCWCTGRY CODE	A short code for each of the nine needs categories used to describe and report the need for water pollution control projects. Examples of the category code are listed: I, II, IIIA, IIIB, IVA, IVB, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, VIID, VIIE, VIIF, and VIIG.
	AWARDED AMOUNT	Award amount of a particular Funding for a Facility.
